The problems faced by the current day buildings are the following:
- durability of the building
- are not fully resistant to all calamities
- lack self sufficiency
- area utilization is not one hundred percent.
- lacks usage of artificial intelligence
- need an improved and efficient waste disposal system
- in house transportation/commuting
The aim of this project is to deal with the above mentioned problems and to propose a design which is more futuristic.
